If you have a legal question -- please use the email link on my website rather than a comment:

I've noticed quite a few legal questions on posts that I may have missed for weeks or even months.  That's because I rely on email from the link on my website for answering legal questions.  http://www.floridafirearmslaw.com

I normally answer ten or more questions a week from the link on my website, and the link has a waiver of liability which makes my insurance company very happy, and allows me to answer these questions for free.   However -- I assume you have read my book -- before asking.  I think that's only fair since most of your questions will be answered there, anyway.

Likewise,  if a question has general interest -- I will often use it as the basis for a blog article, although I will keep all your information confidential so that there is no indication who the question came from.  On the other hand, if you just want to comment on a blog article -- please feel free to do so -- just don't expect a legal explanation from me to follow.
